1. How can I place an order ?
A: You can order easily using our online platform. When you find a product you need, you can add it to cart, add your details and go through the ordering process. After the order is ready, you will receive an order summary to your email. Order summary will also be stored in your account.
There are two shops available fro pick up.
2. How long will my delivery take?
Free Local Delivery Tuesdays and Fridays in Selected Suburbs.
There are two days available for free deliveries. Tuesdays and Fridays.
Orders placed between Friday after 11 am and Tuesday before 11 am will be delivered on that Tuesday from 12 pm until 5 pm.
Orders placed between Tuesday after 11 am and Friday before 11 am will be delivered Friday between 12 pm and 5 pm.
Orders received Friday's after 11 am will be delivered on the next free delivery day which will be Tuesday Afternoon.
Domestic Delivery
Available for deliveries not covered by our free delivery service. These deliveries may take from 2 - 5 business days to be delivered.
Interstate Orders
These orders will take between 2 to 7 days to be delivered, depending on the location.
There are two cafes that stock our products, you can come to shop directly or you can order online and select pick up from these two cafes at no cost.
Pick up takes between 1 and 2 days to be at the shop and we will receive pick up orders until Thursdays 11 am. If your pick up orders come after this time, we will have it ready for pick up the following week.
